Why are FreshLook Contact Lenses so much drier than Acuvue?

I recently switched from Acuvue Contacts to FreshLook, because FreshLook had a great variety of colored contact options.
So right now I’m using my ‘trial pair’ and they seem to get drier way faster than Acuvue.
I have to blink a lot to stop the blurring!

Have any of you had this problem?
Is there a way to solve it without going back to Acuvue?

There isn’t much you can do about that.

The Freshlook give problems to lots of people. They just aren’t a very good technologie.

They are thick, and don’t transmit oxygen well. They dry up easily, and the sizes aren’t consistent.

Are FreshLook Colourblends Contact Monthly lenses?

I want colour contact lenses that are monthly lenses, but I am not sure if the FreshLook Colourblends are monthly lenses.

Freshlook color lenses are all monthly lenses, not two weekly lenses.

It states on their website that they can be used for upto a month.

Prescription Needed for FreshLook Contact Lenses?

I was just looking into the freshlook contact lenses.
I do not wear glass or contacts nor do I need them.
I was wondering if you have to NEED contact lenses in order to get the ones that enhance your eyes and change their colors, or if you can get them simply for the color effects? Thanks.
Thanks. I forgot to ask, does anyone know the range of which these contacts might cost?

You can get them without a corrective strength, but you still need to have a fitting and instructions for wearing them.

They need to measure your eyeballs to ensure a proper fit, and teach you how to keep clean to avoid infections.

Green Freshlook Contact Lenses on Brown Eyes?

I am getting green Freshlook Contacts and I have Brown eyes, (not dark brown but just brown).

How would my eyes look?
yes my eyes are medium brown.
i saw on the website and in the middle the eye you can see under in the real color it looks bad : (

Firstly, I would (If you haven’t already) check the Freshlook website. I just looked there, actually, for the same exact color contacts, and they said that it would cover over even DARK brown. That means that you probly will have NO problem. They ‘paint’ over the lenses so they’re not as translucent as others.
You should have very little brown, if any, when wearing them.
(I have dark brown eyes, so I always face the same problem.)
